Human-centered design leader driving systemic impact through fostering purpose driven teams

Experience

As a design leader with a decade in visual, product, and front-end design, I drive systemic impact. Over the past eight years, I've led high-performing, cross-functional teams enhancing product quality through horizontal systems.

At present, I lead the Central Product Design function at the Chan Zuckerberg Initiative, managing both the Design System and Product Brand Experience teams within the Education pillar.

Before CZI, I headed Product Design at Zoosk, boosting user engagement to foster love connections. Prior, I led the Design Systems Team at Marriott International, spearheading a massive multi-channel redesign of 30+ brand identity systems across digital. Previous to management, my career began as a designer crafting impactful design experiences for startups to Fortune 500 companies.

“I foster creativity, community and purpose within my teams and believe that diverse perspectives and skills drive the best outcomes.”

Approach
